The CIVEX Commission is concerned with areas such as freedom, security and justice; immigration policy; external relations and international treaties; terrorism and border controls; decentralised cooperation for development and EU enlargement issues.
 

 
COTER (Territorial Cohesion Policy and EU Budget)
 
The COTER Commission covers economic, social and territorial cohesion; structural funds and spatial planning; urban policy and housing; transport and trans-European transport networks plus regional statistics, the annual EU budget and other local and regional financial matters.
 

 
ECON (Economic Policy)
 
The ECON Commission covers industrial policy; SME policy; economic and monetary policy; economic governance; the internal market; international trade and tariffs; public procurement plus competition and state aid policy.
